Philips help African to Develop Solar Lighting
AMSTERDAM – Philips supports the Dutch Government intends to create the next generation of solar powered lighting solutions for a sustainable sub-Saharan Africa.
Under the agreement, the Dutch Government to provide funds to support solar power lighting solution that is sustainable, business training and support mechanisms and financial management of the project itself. Philips to participate in giving a balanced investment for product development for Africans and households have limited access to modern energy services.
